GSATi QuickBooks Integration

End-user license agreement

Last updated: August 26, 2026

This end-user license agreement (the Agreement) governs access to and use of the private GSATi QuickBooks integration (the Integration) operated by GSAT, INCORPORATED. The Integration is not offered to the general public.

1. Eligibility and authority

You may use the Integration only if GSAT, INCORPORATED has authorized you, you are acting for an approved business purpose, and your access complies with the permissions of the connected QuickBooks Online company. You must protect your account and immediately report suspected unauthorized access.

2. Limited internal license

Subject to this Agreement, GSAT, INCORPORATED grants authorized personnel a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Integration for approved internal accounting, reconciliation, reporting, customer, proposal, invoice-status, and related operational workflows. No ownership rights are transferred.

3. Acceptable use

You must not bypass access controls; obtain or disclose OAuth credentials, tokens, or service credentials; access a QuickBooks company, customer, or record outside your authorization; introduce malicious code; interfere with the Integration; reverse engineer it except where applicable law prohibits that restriction; expose an unrestricted QuickBooks proxy; or use the Integration for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.

4. Accounting changes and money movement

Production initially operates read-only. Production credentials alone do not authorize an accounting change. Any later accounting write must use an approved, capability-specific workflow with required authorization and provider readback. Hard deletion, payroll changes, tax filings or payments, payment-card or bank-account collection, charges, refunds, and other money movement are unavailable unless GSAT, INCORPORATED separately implements, reviews, authorizes, and discloses that capability.

5. Artificial intelligence

Authorized personnel may use artificial intelligence assistants through bounded, typed Integration capabilities for audit, reconciliation, anomaly review, classification assistance, and explanations. AI output is advisory, may be incomplete or incorrect, and must be reviewed by an authorized person before it is relied upon or used for an accounting action.

6. Privacy and data

Use of information through the Integration is described in the Privacy Policy. You may access, copy, or disclose information only as necessary for an approved business purpose and only to people and service providers authorized by GSAT, INCORPORATED.

7. Third-party services

The Integration depends on third-party services, including QuickBooks Online, Intuit developer services, Cloudflare infrastructure, and authorized AI service providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. GSAT, INCORPORATED does not control their availability or changes.

8. Availability, changes, and termination

GSAT, INCORPORATED may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue the Integration or any capability at any time. Your authorization ends immediately when your role or business need ends, when the connected QuickBooks authorization is revoked, or when GSAT, INCORPORATED withdraws access. Sections that by their nature should survive termination continue to apply.

9. Professional-advice and warranty disclaimer

The Integration is an operational tool and does not provide legal, tax, audit certification, investment, lending, or other professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, it is provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GSAT, INCORPORATED and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the Integration. Applicable law may limit or prohibit some of these exclusions.

11. Changes to this Agreement

GSAT, INCORPORATED may update this Agreement when the Integration, its data practices, or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Continued authorized use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
